Still, we advise to periodically check the filtered email folder to make 100% sure that all is correct.

Use the contact settings for greater control over which senders should never be labeled and processed.

How can I make sure that correct emails will be filtered?

Filters that only apply to a very specific type of email are likely to be accurate and not cause false positives. You can achieve this by generating filters with long phrases (minimum 3 words) that do not typically occur in normal emails.

If you only use single word phrases, that word is likely to occur in emails you might not want to miss.

What are false positives?

False positives refer to emails that are incorrectly categorized as belonging to a certain category, even though they do not actually contain the relevant content that is associated with that category.

This can occur when the algorithm or system used to categorize emails based on keywords is not sophisticated enough to accurately distinguish between relevant and irrelevant content, leading to misclassification and potentially causing important emails to be missed or overlooked.

Can I create unlimited categories?

The amount of categories that can be generated by AI is now capped per user. These limits are quite high, and normal usage will not trigger these limits.
